After ten years with French high jeweller, M. Gérard, Patricia was recruited by Elizabeth Gage, where she worked closely with clients on their special designs. Her work with two of the most influential jewellery designers this century has provided her with unique experience and insight, and in 1992 Patricia formed her own company.

Her objective is 24 hour wearability hence the necklaces and bracelets in gold, pearl or stone that will all interchange with many different centre pieces. Most of the earrings, whether sporty or glamorous evening earrings, will take a drop or in some cases a cascade of jewels or pearls; the brooches also become centre pieces for necklaces or bracelets. (A wide selection of charms, drops and tassels are another way to "add on"). The client creates her own individual look.

Her satisfied clients bear testimony to her talent, for Patricia’s business has grown entirely by word of mouth. Based in a private studio in London, she also takes collections of her jewellery around the world on personal invitation.
